In all we have ten well-trained supervisors who manage the cleaning process. The casuals that we engage have also undergone the required basic training in most of the procedures that we expect them to be familiar with.

A very high emphasis is placed on staff recruitment, as we understand that the human resource is the most important in any successful organization. The cleaners are required to have attained a minimum of “O” level of education and all employees are security screened and are required to have a certificate of good conduct from the Kenya Police.

All staff are issued with sufficient numbers of uniforms, appropriate for the tasks they are expected to undertake to ensure that they are presentable at all times while on duty.

Training:

We ensure regular training and re-training in order to keep up with the ever-changing requirements of the industry.
