Cleanshine Services was established in 1994 with the objective of providing general cleaning services within Nairobi and its environs. We have been in the business of cleaning since then and the company has steadily grown to create a niche and respect for itself within this industry .

In the ten years from inception the company grew from one with a lean staff of eight, generally semi-skilled, staff and has grown to a roll in excess of 100 staff in 2004 directly engaged and a further fifty  casual employees that can be available at short notice.

Over the same period of time, the company’s business profile has changed from one where we could only handle annual contracts not exceeding Kshs. 3 million our current operating level of Kshs. 20 million. We have also, over the years expanded the portfolio of services now providing a bouquet ranging from car care to domestic upholstery cleaning to general office cleaning.

Our driving force has been “timely and effective customer service delivery” as we believe that keeping the customer happy within a clean environment and providing exactly what they need is what sells. We strive to go the extra mile in providing value adding services to our customers and that this is primarily what keeps us separate and ahead of our competition.

It is for this reason that, in the last few months, we have been engaged in an aggressive campaign targeted to large companies as they meet the requisite critical mass that would enable us maximize the economies of scale available so as to be able to provide the most efficient service at the most favourable rates.
